When you book an appointment or send an inquiry through our website, we collect necessary contact information (name, phone number, age, address, and medical concerns) solely to schedule appointments, send diagnostic test reports via WhatsApp/SMS, and coordinate emergency or follow-up clinical consultations. We do not sell or disclose your phone number or information to third-party marketing companies.
3. Diagnostic & Lab Data Handling
Pathology and radiology results are delivered in password-protected or direct confidential formats. Patient samples are cataloged with barcode tracking and disposed of strictly according to Bio-Medical Waste (Management & Handling) safety regulations.
4. Emergency Medical Care & Consent
In life-threatening emergency situations where immediate surgical or critical medical intervention is required and the patient is incapacitated, medical decisions are made in the patient's best interest according to standardized national emergency clinical guidelines and medical council protocols.
